Workout Plan Generation:
Text input such as training goals, age, height, or performance level is sent to the OpenAI API to generate personalized workout plans.
The transmitted data are processed solely to fulfill the specific request and are not used for model training.
Whiteboard Scan:
When scanning whiteboards, photos are processed to detect names and scores.
The detected names are used only to assign results to the corresponding profiles and to display them in the scoreboard.
No data are shared or used for advertising or AI-training purposes.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
If you do not grant consent, these AI features remain disabled.

When purchasing a subscription (e.g., Premium / AI features), payment is processed via the respective app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).

All associated data (profile, workouts, groups, statistics) will then be permanently removed from the database.

Texteingaben wie Trainingsziele, Alter, Größe oder Leistungsniveau werden an die OpenAI-API übermittelt, um personalisierte Trainingspläne zu erstellen.
Die übermittelten Daten werden ausschließlich zur Ausführung der Anfrage verwendet und nicht zu Trainingszwecken von OpenAI genutzt.
Whiteboard-Scan:
Beim Scannen von Whiteboards werden Fotos verarbeitet, um Namen und Scores zu erkennen.
Diese Namen werden ausschließlich verwendet, um die Ergebnisse den jeweiligen Profilen zuzuordnen und im Scoreboard anzuzeigen.
Eine Weitergabe oder Nutzung zu anderen Zwecken (z. B. Werbung, KI-Training) findet nicht statt.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Wenn du die KI-Funktionen nicht aktivierst oder keine Einwilligung erteilst, bleiben diese Funktionen deaktiviert.

Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe personenbezogener Daten an Dritte außerhalb der genannten Dienstleister (Firebase, OpenAI, AdMob, App Stores).
Eine kommerzielle Weitergabe oder Analyse durch Dritte findet nicht statt.
Die App nutzt HTTPS-Verschlüsselung, Firebase-Sicherheitsregeln und Auth-Token,
um gespeicherte Daten vor unbefugtem Zugriff zu schützen.
Serverstandorte liegen – soweit technisch möglich – innerhalb der EU (z. B. Belgien, Finnland).
